We have
tried to keep ordering your goods as easy as possible.
(Here's how you do it)
... ONLINE ... Clicking on the 'add to cart' button enters
those goods into your shopping basket. Items can be removed or amounts
ordered changed before you get to the checkout. All the orders that go
through our server are 128bit SSL encrypted for complete security. Pay by
direct deposit, or PayPal* for faster processing - please use your order number
as an identifier. OFFLINE
... By fax: Print out your shopping basket page and fax

'phone: Of course it would be lovely to speak to you
- call on (08) 9293 4548 and place your order personally. We can't accept
credit card payments over the 'phone, unfortunately. By mail: Print out the shopping basket page and send

order by this method - please allow 5 days for the cheque to
clear. *Payment can be made by PayPal using your
bank card or credit card. PayPal is completely secure and free to use (go
to www.paypal.com.au to
find out more). Payment: We accept the following forms of
payment:- PayPal using your credit card - this is
totally secure and we do not have access to your credit card info. You
don't need a PayPal account to purchase from us, just click on the PayPal logo
at the end of the payment process, fill in the details and that's it - we
receive an email notification immediately, so your order can be processed as
soon as possible. Direct deposit into our account - details
will be shown to you after checkout - this takes a day or so to show in our
account. Cheque (please allow 3-5 days for funds to
clear) Money Order To ensure we do not have any mix-ups (!),
please quote your order reference on all correspondence. Delivery
Times: We will attempt to dispatch the order
within 2 working days if all ordered items are in stock (usually it is the same
or next day). While we attempt to maintain reasonable stock levels, it is not
always possible to have stock on hand. If an item is not in stock we may
hold the order back if the item is expected into stock in the next few
days. If the item is not expected into stock in the near future the order
will be shipped without the item and a refund given. Returns: Although the utmost care is taken
with packaging, occasionally an item may get damaged in the Post. We will
be happy to replace it upon receipt of the damaged item (and
will refund your postage costs to you). If you are simply unhappy with
the item - for whatever reason, please return the goods within 7 days and I
will refund your money to you (sorry, cannot refund postage costs for
these). I strive to describe everything accurately and produce the best
quality images possible.
