Hi, my name is Claire Cummings and I thought I would just tell you a little about myself.

I have been crafting in some way or another all my life!  My current passion is scrapbooking, which I have been doing for 9 years in its present form.  I have actually been scrapbooking a lot longer, but had no idea about using acid free products for archival longevity!  In fact, those albums with the sticky 'magnetic' pages were my product of choice, believing that I was protecting my photos (aargh!)!

I find the constant evolution of the scrapbooking craft very exciting although I tend toward the minimalist approach on my pages, as I like the photos to tell the story.  Another factor which has played a great part with the amount of embellishments I use is cost (!) as I have literally hundreds of photos that I aim to scrapbook - my mission for the next 10 years!  As cost is a factor with me, so I believe in keeping my prices realistic - I hold regular childrens and adults classes, where I teach my students how to scrap on a budget as well as how to use all the latest fun products.
